Can you give me another example of a band that released one album then... ?

broke up after the death of a Band member? So far I've come up with Damageplan (Dimebag Darrell) and Blind Melon (Shannon Hoon) Jeff Buckley wasn't as much of a band but rather a solo artist/singer-songwrtier. He released one official (phenomenal IMO) album called "Grace" in 1994 and he died before making his second album.

I know it's not exactly what you were looking for but I would highly recommend checking out "Grace" and all of his posthumous material like "Sketches for my Sweetheart the Drunk" and "Live at Sin-e". Good stuff...
